About Sam:

On completing her Being Me Therapy training Sam went on to join the Being Me Therapy team working alongside Gaia as Support Lead for the training which she considers her heart work.
Sam is also a qualified Executive Coach, Mentor and Supervisor with a depth of experience and training in Systemic Constellations, Action Learning, Brief Interventions, Compassionate Practice, Whole Person Facilitation, Leadership Embodiment and Development, Motivational Interviewing, Dialogue, Non Violent Communication and Somatic approaches.
Sam lives in Edinburgh and loves exploring the surrounding rolling hills.
